The business Package is a full integrated solution that includes all the features and benefits of the starter and professional packages with integration into your customer Call Centre providing that extra level of customer support with proactive network management and support by our professional support team thus ensuring that any Charge Point issues are reported and immediately addressed by our friendly staff. Where needed, our staff will interact with your Charge Point support operations personal, logging any necessary call-out service requests ensuring a speedy resolution process.
